Orders are generally dispatched within a maximum of three working days. However, when launching new collections, the shipping time may be up to a week.

Once your order has been dispatched, I am not responsible for the delivery time. Usually, orders for Canada arrive within 3 to 7 open days and about a week to two weeks when shipping internationally, but this does not is not a guarantee. For reasons beyond my control, the deadlines can be longer than this average.

I do not offer a tracking number of orders since the costs of these are quite high. However, if you want a tracking number, you can always contact me before your purchase.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation mail.


After placing an order, you can contact me for a product exchange, as long as your order has not already been prepared or shipped. The exchange of articles can only be done with a product of the same value and this within the limits of available stocks. No exchanges will be accepted after delivery.

A recent product will only be possible if there has been a mistake on my behalf (forgotten items or mistaken for another) or when the items received has a flagrant defect which is not due to delivery (stain on a bookmark for example). In these cases, the customer can request a return of products or a refund for the affected products.

Although, I am not responsible for loss or damage caused by transportation, a refund can be possible if the package has not arrived after a certain delay or if it is severely damaged. If your package still hasn't arrived after a month, please contact me.


I generally use rigid envelopes. Otherwise, I add a rigid cardboard to protect the products and prevent them from being damaged by the shipping.
